Complete the online application
Click 'Start Application' to open our secure leasing portal at lansdowne.securecafe.com. Complete all sections and submit your documents.
Start Application →Credit check & review
Our team reviews your application within 2–5 business days. A credit check will be run with your consent via Secure Cafe.
Sign your lease
Once approved, submit your deposit to secure the home. We'll then prepare your lease agreement for signing and guide you through the final steps before move-in.

No. Elliston Village is a professionally managed rental community, and all homes are available exclusively for lease.
What is the security deposit?
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required to secure your home. The deposit is applied in accordance with Alberta tenancy regulations.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Elliston Village offers pet-friendly living. Please include details about your pet when submitting your application.
What lease terms are available?

What's included?
Rent covers the home and common area maintenance. Utilities are paid separately by tenants.
